Data we may receive
This website does not currently use an enquiry form, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, contact details, project type, location, approximate area, programme and enquiry content.
Once publicly hosted, limited technical access logs may also be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested pages.
Why and how we use it
We use personal data only as reasonably necessary to receive and evaluate enquiries, communicate with you, prepare qualifications or proposals, take steps toward an agreement, manage a business relationship, protect our systems and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations.
Depending on the context, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation or Oryx Line's legitimate interests where permitted and appropriately balanced.
Sharing and external services
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only when necessary with authorised Oryx Line personnel, professional advisers, service providers, proposed specialist suppliers or subcontractors, or competent authorities, subject to appropriate purpose and safeguards.
WhatsApp, email and Instagram are external services. Their providers process information under their own terms and may process it outside Saudi Arabia. Please avoid sending sensitive, confidential or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
Storage, retention and security
We retain enquiry and business-contact information only while it is reasonably needed for the stated purposes, an active business relationship, a contractual requirement or an applicable legal obligation. When no longer required, it will be securely deleted or rendered unusable in accordance with applicable procedures.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its applicable exceptions, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal data, obtain a readable copy, request correction or completion, request destruction when it is no longer needed, and withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis.
